Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders can be placed through one of our sales representatives or directly through this website. To place a wholesale order directly through Grandway, please contact our offices. Upon approval, you will be given a unique username / password to use where you will be able to place wholesale orders directly from this website.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order:

$150.00 USD All orders placed under these minimum values with be subject to approval.

Backorders:

Items will only be placed on backorder if specifically stated on the purchase order, or if the rep, or customer calls to request backorders. Freight will be charged to all Backorders.

Payment:

All customers will be required to use a credit card or COD (Cashier’s Check Only) for their first order. The credit card will be held on file for past due invoices. All customers who submit and meet Grandway’s credit guidelines will receive Net 30 terms. Payments 30 days past due will be paid via the credit card on file. 

Shipping:

FOB Draper, UT 84020. Best way if not stated. Orders will ship within 3-4 business days based on availability. 

Returns:

Report all claims within 10 days of receipt of goods. Items returned for credit must be approved by seller and returned un-opened and freight prepaid. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
